A framework for the development of an initial education and training program for teachers

This context could be used by organizations as a catalyst for original classroom schooling and coaching program debate, growth and execution. The material of the structure should be composed of the following fields.

A. Program (Values). Clearly, state the program’s values that will underpin how goals are accomplished and behave as a conduct manual. For instance, “we are developing reflective specialist educators” “we are working publicly and collaboratively” and “we honor everyone.”

B. Program (Basis conceptual). State the program’s philosophical basis. “This original classroom education and preparation program, for instance, prepares and allows student educators to create their capacity to adapt learning to student requirements and classroom contextual variables (Reflective Pastoral Apprentice Partnership Model)”

C. Program (Targets and Goals). Specify what the program is going to accomplish. “The general objective of the program, for instance, is to allow school educators to create their capacity to tackle variables that militate against them by putting ‘ their learners strongly at the center of learning. ‘

D. Program (Design). Describe how the program works. For example, “Personal tutors for student teachers will be provided.” “Student educators are anticipated to conduct an initial piece of studies under guidance.” “Student educators should be taught and trained in the fields of early years, technical and vocational education and other topics in accordance with the choice and accessibility of lecturers for learners.”

E. Curriculum (development). Describe the fields that will be created for learning and understanding. For instance, “The curriculum will be split into three fields of growth of understanding: core topics of pedagogy, fields of specialization i.e. early years, technical and vocational education and other topics and practice.

F. Assessment. Specify the type(s) of evaluation to be used. For instance, “Through both coursework and terminal exams, student teachers will be evaluated, including assignments such as essays, teaching publications, objective type issues, and verbal and practical exams.”

G. Requirements for entry. State the demand for admission for those who wish to join the program.

H. Partnership. Describe the nature of the program’s connection with important stakeholders. For instance, “The Education Council or the Governing Board will oversee the program in particular.” “Schools will be urged to exchange remarks on how to enhance the program through their teachers.”

I. Quality Assurance. Outline and the benefits of verification and/or accreditation schemes. “The original teacher education and preparation program will seek accreditation from an global or regional body,” for instance. “This will ensure a quality education for learners.”

J. Personnel. List who the school is going to create up. “The program will initially hire internal assistants and use current professors,” for instance.

K. Housing. State which department or college is going to host the program. For instance: “Initially, the program will be included as an X arm or division, making use where appropriate of the existing equipment.

L. Finance. Specify how the program is to be financed. For example: “In the form of scholarships and grants, an annual student fee will be charged and where possible subsidized by the government and the private sector.”
